如果用not和no作句子首个单词,如何区分使用

1．No（没有）是形容词,常位于名词前,用来否定这个名词.有时no否定名词时,可理解为这个名词的反义词,意思是“并非”.
（1） no ink has left没有墨水了.不可说：not ink has left
（2）no clouds can be seen．天上没有云.
（3） no fool＝ clever精明.比较not a fool不是傻子.
