可能做改错做多了,看到一个句子经常怀疑是对还是错
如今我看到一个句子：the teacher held up my composition as example to the class.而我在思考的是这里的example前面加不加冠词.不过我又看到了一个句子：Ury hods up Disney CEO Bob as a master of letting others save face.而这里的master前面又加了冠词

前一个句子少了冠词,是错的,应在example前加 an
后一个句子是对的.

记住，在英语中，只有take sth for example中，example前面没有冠词，其他都需要加冠词：
take A for example, take A as an example, hold sth up as an example, give an example (of - - - ). 你的句子the teacher held up my composition as example to the class哪里来的？

第一句example可以加the,an要看上下文语境是特指还是泛指。
