汽车已经成为人们生活中的重要组成部分,但是随之带来的交通事故也不断增加,所以使用汽车自动刹车控制系统可以用来减少由于刹车问题而导致的交通事故.所设计的汽车自动刹车控制系统以单片机STC89C51为核心,采用模块化的设计思想,软件与硬件相结合的方法来实现.汽车自动刹车控制系统中软件程序用来实现测距和测速的计算和显示,硬件电路中使用超声波测距模块HC-SR04用于测量行驶汽车与障碍物的距离,采用霍尔传感器CS3020测速模块用来测得汽车的行驶速度,经过程序处理判断行驶汽车是否处于安全距离和安全车速范围内,并由数码管显示出距离和车速,当测得的两车之间的距离超出设定的安全范围时,单片机发送刹车信号控制刹车系统实现刹车.本次设计的基于单片机的汽车自动刹车控制系统具有结构简单、操作简便、成本低等特点,具有一定的实用性
Automobiles have played an important role in people life ,however traffic accidents also happen on our side usually with the number of cars increasing,so the automatic brake control system is using to reduce traffic accidents due to brake failure.The core of automobile automatic brake control system is STC89C51 MCU,and system's idea of design is based on modular design and combining software and hardware to achieve it .In this design ,the program is using to compute and display the distant and velocity .The hardware circuit of system uses supersonic to measure the distant between driving car and obstruction and gauges the velocity of driving car through the hall sensor.With disposal of program of MCU,it can judge the data is safe or not,and then the Nixie tube shows the data .When the velocity or distant which is showing is unsafe ,the MCU controls the break system to break .The design of automobile automatic brake control system which is based on MCU has advantages of simple structure ,convenient operation ,low cost and has a certain practicality.
