很显然,这道题说的是通过 making it possible to creat.才使得dramatic changes in medical treatment,这两者是有逻辑关系的.如果写成从句那就没有这层关系了

因为 1. 其他两个都是写成定语从句了啊，如果那样，两件事之间就没有逻辑关系了。 2 非限定性定语从句一般没有用where（in which）引导的

后面 They 没有指代对象
