continue to do sth.表示继续做其他的事.
continue doing sth.表示继续做刚才的事.

前者是以前没做现在接着做，后边的用法是一直在做某事，根据提议还是用 后边的CONTINUE DOING

continue to do---停下来一阵子，然后接着做某事
continue doing---一直不停地做某事
He continues doing when I spoke to him.
我和他说话时，他还一直在读书.
注意，continue后要+s 第三人称单数
