你好.它可以在任何位置但意义不同：
1 Only he walked there-----没有别人
2 He only walked there-----不是坐车去的
3 He walked only there-----到其它地方他就不步行
4 He walked there only==He only walked there.

only 位置比较灵活。 句首和句中皆可。如：He has only a brother .
