因为found之后不是从句,所以不可以用谓语动词was followed.
如果一定要用,则是：
The girl glanced over her shoulder and found （that she was followed ) by a young man in black

was followed为谓语，故需把herself变成she就可以。

选项b是 谓语动词形式 只能作句子的谓语 不能补充说明宾语 故错
如果选b的话 应该是 found she was followed...动词found后 跟的是 宾语从句。
