答案是"is"错误.
这句长句中,"enthusiastically endorsed by the city's business association"其实是插入语,直接忽略不看去理解句意也没有问题.
简化后的句子是"At the heart of the program (is) plans for.families." plans 原题中没有划线说明这里复数一定是正确的.既然是复数,谓语动词用is自然就错了,要改成are才对呀.
SAT语法里这种插入一堆修饰语来迷惑人心的题目还是不少的,精简着看句子、抓主干,其实绕来绕去都离不开那几个考点哦.像单复数用法这种属常考点,看到被划线了就要多长个心眼推敲一下.
