这边吖.it was who/that + 完整句.这个是一个强调句的句型噢.这句的主语是John and Kate.Help 是谓语动词.是跟着主语一起变化的.因为这句是过去式.所以看不出来.如果是现在时且主语只有一个人.help就要加s.但是前面不论是it was 或 it is 都是固定的句型噢.跟主语单复数没关系的.
sb.be to blame这个是一个固定结构噢.某人该为某事情承担责任.所以咯~
