I think it depends on what you want,and if you are happy?If you wake up in a smile?
这么翻译合不合适?如果有更好的翻译请给出.

译得满好的.不过是wake up with a smile不是in a smile. 照顾上下文的话可以把it改成that.
标点符号也可以稍微改下:
I think it depends on what you want, whether you are happy, and if you wake up with a smile?

1. I think ... 是语气比较重的口吻，更近于“我认为”。建议考虑以 I'd say 起句（I would say）
2. 根据句子原意应该是一气呵成的一句话，而且不是问句。整体而言：
a）whether 比 if 好些；
b) wake up 可用 you'll 或 you would 引导；
c) in a smile 说得过去但用 with 也...
