used to do 表示过去常常做某事，而现在往往不做了
i used to get up early in the morning when i was still a hight school student.
be used to doing 表示习惯于做某事
i am used to eating rice now.
be used to do表示...被用来做某事

used to 是“从前经常；以前，原先”的意思，比如：I used to think she is from USA. 意思是“我原本以为她是来自美国”
be used to 是“习惯了...”, 比如：I'm used to the weather in England. 意思是“我习惯了英国的天气。”（PS：这个其实真心习惯不了。。。）
be used for是“用作...”...
