不对.因为这是包含一个宾语从句的主从复合句,从句用陈述句的语序,即主语+谓语+其它成份.正确的应该是这样的：
Could you tell me how I can get to Green Hotel?

B.C都可以从语法角度上排除了，若A 你是打错了的话，那就只有D了。从语法上能排除。反正做宾从，考试无非考三类，引导词、语序、时态。很多时候会把语序和时态放在同一题中考，不过通过排除法都能做好。

在这个句子中，HOW引导一个宾语从句，应该是HOW I CAN 。。
比如A lot of people tell how they are handing investments and savings in this hard ecomony.许多人讲述他们是如何在这种艰难的经济时期做投资和储蓄的。

不正确
宾语从句应该用陈述语序，所以 can 和I 好颠倒一下顺序
改成： Could you tell me how I can get to the Green Hotel?
