I am wondering之后是宾语从句 是强调句 型的宾语从句
可把I am wondering去掉 成疑问强调句how is it that I can find this special word?
还原对how 方式的陈述为 it is （how强调部分由具体词代替） that I can find this special word?

用排除法，A带入句子，意思为 我在哪能找到这个特殊单词 ，怎么样在哪找，意思是不和逻辑的。
IS 后明显要加关系词，B 直接排除， c 引导定语从句，要有先行词，而句子中没有，所以只能选D。 How is it that 是一个句型，意思是怎么会...；为什么会.. 例如
How is it that he left early?
他为什么会这么早离开？...

it is that 是插入语，可以直接去掉，不影响对句子的理解。

A。 how it is 表示怎样，不属于主句范围，wonder 后面的宾语应该___I can find this special word.
后面也提到了，这个特殊的单词可以在大英英英词典中查到，指的便是地点。所以选择where,引导一个宾语从句。
我不知道在哪里可以查到这个奇怪的单词，或许你可以查一下大英字典，那里面可能会有。...
