Should college graduates pursue further study abroad or dome

Well it depends.If one can not find the good further study in domestic colleges,then he'd better go out for seeking more opportunities to learn more.By the controry,if he can get the same education in domastic as well as abroad,or even better,of course he should stay in domestic.
