摘要 目的 探讨静脉用药调配中心工作人员锐器伤现状及有效干预措施.方法 对医院静脉用药调配中心87名工作人员采用问卷调查法,调查2009年1月～2011年3月锐器伤情况.结果 100%配置人员发生过锐器伤；发生锐器伤的锐器主要是安瓿空瓶（42%）；伤害多发的操作环节是掰安瓿（48.14%）.分析锐器伤发生的过程,不都是随机的,也与工作人员特定的工作行为、习惯密切相关.结论 静脉用药调配中心工作人员发生锐器意外伤率高,医院管理者和工作人员一定要高度重视,提高预防意识,规范操作行为,加强工作的责任心和注意力,以确保工作人员的身心健康和安全.

Method Conducting a survey to the 87 stuff who work in the intravenous administration deployment center ,to survey the sharp force injury cases during Jan.2009--Mar.2011.
Outcome The sharp force injury has occurred to 100% intravenous administration deployment center stuff ;It's mostly about the empty ampule bottles(42%);The injury-prone part is to break the ampule bottles(48.14%). Research the process of the sharp force injury is not stochastic .It's closely related to their special work behavior and the habit.
Outcome The accident rate of the sharp force injury is high in the intravenous administration deployment center, so the hospital manager and the stuff must pay much attention to that , raise awareness , operate with the instruction,strengthen the work responsibility and attention.So that they can ensure the stuff's sound mind and body ,can ensure their safety.
