The human race has entered a completely new stage ,【and 】with the increasingly rapid economic globailization and urbanization ,more problems [are]->【were】 brought to our attention.
1.and 起连接作用,否则前后两句各位主句就缺连词；
2.从整句来看要用现在时态.

是两个句子。所以第一个逗号改成句号，然后大写With才更合适。 然后就是时态了，用现在时。
