We have heard that a chemical plant would be bulit near our school. Most of my schoolmates, including me, are against for building such a factory. Though this factory would make profit for our city, the harm it would do to our city is larger than the good. Because it will pollute our drinking water and it didn't take enough protection measures. On the other hand, it will pollute air badly. At last, it occupies the place for the students to play games and have fun. So we suggest that the plan should be called off.

I'd like to write this letter on all my classmate's behalf to advise you stop building the chemical factory next to our school. As all know, chemical factory will produce lots of pollution, espcially to the water and the air. Unless the protection methord can be well taken, lots of people will get sick from the pollution, especially the students at our school which is just next to the factory. Also, the factory building will seize our play ground. We need a proper ground for our physicial training and the ground will be taken is the only place we can do exercise in this area. Therefore, we sincerely request the related department reconsider the location of the chemial factory.
