强调句的特点是：把it is(was) that 去掉仍然是一个完整的句子
此句应该是这样：It is only by working hard that you can possibly get higher marks .
去掉It is和that 仍然是一个完整地句子
要与部分倒装区别开来
当状语介词短语放句首时句子应用部分倒装此时应将句子中谓语的一部分提到主语前（情态动词助动词 )

这里是it引导的一个强调句，而非是only放在句首的那种强调用法要求的倒装（Only by working hard can you possibly get higher marks ）为什么不是呢因为是两种不同的强调句型，各有各的用法。再弱弱的问一下那其实选A是不也行啊应该是不可以，因为它使用的倒装不符合it的强调句...
