I prefer team-work than individual work.As a member of a team,I can communicate with my team members.If there is a team to work with,we can share the work and each member is just responsible for his/her favorite part.When you work alone,it is unavoidable to meet some problems,then you have to search the solution through the internet.However,things will be changed if there is a team,as a member of team,you can ask your colleagues about the problems,maybe some of them know the way to solve the problem,that means you saved the time to figure it out by yourself.Above all,we can share our experience and ideas by each other,during the team working you will find that it easier to accomplish the goals.
