把第一个that去除.It is widely believed by many people for some time that ...
这是主语从句,全句主语为后面的“that ...”,谓语为“is widely believed ”,为了使句子平衡,用it作为形式主语,把真正的主语放到后面.

这个是it做形式主语，that从believe做真正主语。sth be believed by sb翻译为某人认为某事。for some time是时间状语。句子错在多了一个引导词that把第一个that去掉。求采纳
