The ball pen was invented by Ladislas Biro.It was invented in 1936 in Hungary.The advantages of the ball pen are it does not need ink refilling and it hardly leaks.It is suppose to help in writing faster and was thus more popular with users.Ball pens are used in many fields and the price is usually low.The lastest ball pen is smaller and lighter when it was first invented in 1936.
