不对。要加上which is .
引导定语从句的关系词作主语时，一般是不能省略的，但是存在句型there be（here be一样）却例外，尤其在口语体中：
There is a gentleman （）wants to see you.有一位先生要见你。
There is a table () stands in the corner.墙角放着一张桌子。
