英语翻译really to lose还是really lose?或者是其他说法?

【我真的输了】表明这是已成的事实,所以应该用：
Indeed,I have lost.或
I have really lost.
而且,还要根据语境决定是否用过去词,如“昨晚的比赛我输了.”
Last night I had lost the game.

用really不恰当，改用actually。

really是副词，直接修饰动词lose
lose在这里是做及物动词，不需要接介词to
eg.他输了这场比赛 he lost this match.
