那had也是第二个动词 为什么不加ing呢

在It sounds that you had fun中 , ，had fun 是that 从句中的谓语部分，不能用·ing形式 又如I'm glad that you had read the book the year before.

  2. 这里的like是｛像｝的意思，不是喜欢的意思

  3. sound like sb.后面本来就不加ing的

you had fun这是个表语从句，这里的like是介词”像”
had是you had fun中的谓语，而且时态是过去，
动词ing形式不能作谓语

这里的like是介词，加ing的是动词，这里省略了that,you had fun是定语从句。有sound like doing sth或sound like adj.
