这是时间状语从句，the moment已经是从句的连接词了，所以一般不需要再when 了。你可以把这里的the moment等同於as soon as,这样就没有问题了。

the moment 本身就可以引导一个时间状语从句，更多的例子如：everytime, anytime, last time等等。这些后面都不需要加when，直接加时间状语从句。
