像I have a lot of homework to do这种,do这个动作是由主语I发出的,所以用主动形式.
而像下面两个句子,to后的动作并非主语发出的,那么就要由to前的词与动作的关系来决定是主动还是被动了
English is the main subject to be taught here.
This is the best play to be performed.

看主语和to后面接的动词的关系。如果动作由主语发出，则用主动。如“I have something to buy"我有一些东西要买。而当动作不是由主语直接发出时，要用被动。如“I will go shopping. Do you have something to be bought"这里买东西不是由“你 ”直接发出的，用被动。懂了吧！
