修改语法不规范
We can't let ourselves distract us from the job must be down because of lacking self-control, nor can we let mobile phone's influence stop us from our task.这句好像语法不规范,如何修改?

不规范,首先down应该是done吧,应该是这样：we can't let ourselves be distrcated from the job that must be done because of the lack of self-control,nor can we let mobile phone's influence keep us away from/affect our task

job 和 must 中间加 which.定语从句缺关联词。否则那个句子有两个谓语动词
