我译： waterproof-paper : paper coated of PE film which can offer suitable flotage for the teabag
2.荷叶的隆起部是为了便于使用者在泡好茶后将茶包拾起
我译：The extending part of the lotus leaf is designed to help user pick up the tea bag out of water when tea is made
3.“荷叶”内填充大约2g的茶叶粉末，与传统茶包一样
tea dust filled in this lotus leaf is about 2g which is equal with traditional teabag
4.荷叶底部附有过滤纸，使水进入茶包并与茶叶末充分接触
At bottom, a piece of filter paper is used to allow water filling in
