本文主要介绍了分光光度计联合测定钢铁及合金中硅、锰、磷含量的改进方法,由于国标法测量时样品处理过程复杂,而有些文献所述实验方法,灵敏度不高,线性关系差,因此很有必要研究出快速且准确度高的方法来测定钢铁及合金中硅,锰,磷的含量.本实验的目的是选择合适的方法对样品进行处理,利用分光光度法实现对样品中三种元素的同时、快速、准确测定,建立快速测定钢铁及合金中硅,锰,磷含量的快速测定.通过实验研究得出,采用NaOH-Na2O2熔融法在马弗炉中高温煅烧熔样,可以使钢铁样品溶解完全,提高测定的准确性.再者,通过试验不同显色酸度对Si、Mn、P、元素显色的影响,可以探索出最佳显色酸度,使实验的显色条件得到优化,从而达到快速、准确测定钢铁及合金中硅、锰、磷含量的目的.
