In my eyes,we should build up an right attitude of keeping fit.Every weekend,we can have some gentle sports.For example:Along with jogging(健身慢跑)and swimming,cycling is one of the best all-round of exercise.It can help to increase your strength and energy.Eating balance also takes an important part.So,we should eat nutritious food as well as vegetable and fruit.It is not good to eat too much junk food and some food which is rich of fat and sugar.

　“叮铃铃”下课咯！当明媚的阳光洒满校园的时候，当洋溢着运动气息的旋律在我们耳边响起的时候，一排排整齐的队伍准会映入你的眼帘。看，同学们正迈着脚尖的步伐，跑步进入操场。我们的阳光体育活动要开始了！同学们个个精神抖擞，脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容。悠扬的兔子舞歌曲响起来了，同学们都围成了一个圈，把自己的手搭在了别的同学的肩上。然后同学们一会儿抬左脚，一会儿抬右脚，一会儿向前跳，一会儿向后跳。此时，充满生机的大操场成了同学们展现自我的大舞台！

　　前面的舞台只是一个热身。现在，到了同学们最喜欢的游戏时间了。同学们个个像“小老虎”似的奔赴自己的活动区域。操场上顿时热闹非凡。瞧这边，那些玩“同舟与济”的同学们，脚踏木板，奋勇向前。“一、二，一、二”的口号响彻云霄。再看那，跳长绳、踢毽子、丢沙包、老鹰捉小鸡……同学们个个玩得热火朝天。

　　最让我兴奋的是我们的游戏——“空中接力”。大家可别误会，我们可不是在空中赛跑。而是手中的瓶子在接力呢！我和王欣宇、石拓、叶依晴一组。我迫不及待的拿起沉甸甸的瓶子，双手握住，举过头顶，双脚往上一蹦，使出吃奶的劲儿向上一扔，瓶子“嗖”的一声飞向叶依晴。说时迟，那时快，只见她纵身一跃，把瓶子牢牢地接住了。我如闪电般跑到石拓身后。哎呀，糟了！叶依晴抛了个“低空球”，眼看瓶子就要落地，眼疾手快的王欣宇猛向前冲，来了个“海底捞月”，把瓶子紧紧地抱紧了怀里。“太棒了！”我们为王欣宇的精彩“救球”而高声喝彩！
