D spend time (in) doing sth 花费时间在做什么事情上,in 可以省略 practice doing 练习做什么事情

选D。as much time as she can都属于spend后面的时间宾语，因此不要受can的影响。依然是spend....doing...的句型。practice后接动名词做宾语。
