原因：第一个句子里,there be 句型中 系动词要与后面的名词保持一致,此为“就近原则”,因为后面离系动词最近的名词是pair,而不是shoes,所以要用单数is,而后面一个句子的主语是shoes,所以显然后面一个句子的系动词要用are.
