不一定对,个人意见：
特殊疑问句：
What do you think of me?=How do you think me?
换成宾语从句,就是：
what you think of me=how you think me
换句话说用think of就用what；而用think时,才用how.但是他们的汉语意思没有太大区别.
what在句中作宾语,而how在句中作状语（副词）,think是不及物动词,所以加宾语时得先加介词of,而加状语就随便了.
我的英语老师就是这么讲的.
