如果答案是这个.那么这句肯定不是定语从句.宾语从句么好像也不是···

这句句子缺少主语先行词，所以要用what。
如果要用that，句子应该变成：[“Where's my bag?” It was the first thought that flashed in my mind.]这样是个完整的定语从句。
