Hi Nancy,
Please advise why the vendor did not have their plush law label on the item.They have one and I do not understand why they didn’t put it on there.Please make sure for the shipment and all other shipments going forward that they have the law label.
The other things that need to be fixed:
Lead substrate failed.The Khaki rubber and black ght brown fabric are both under 30ppm so they are OK and do not need to be fixed.However the beige rubber ball is 115ppm and that needs to be fixed immediately.
Colorfastness to water – this needs to pass so the vendor needs to fix this.
Please respond tomorrow for a result.
