这是过去分词 作条件状语 与主语是主表关系
所以答案是 A.Exposed
选项D 是介词短语作时间状语 句子也对
语法 上 无法排除D
但 因为有 for too much time 再用after 意思 就与实际情况 有出入
因为 太久之后 不太好理解 所以 属于 逻辑问题 故 选项D不妥

与实际情况有出入 就是实际情况 并不是 晒太久之后 才会 对皮肤 有害 应该去掉之后 把after去掉 就应该直接用 过去分词 作状语 不需要带being 除非 是动名词作主语 如 being exposed to sunlight for too much time can do great harm to your skin

写错了，是不是把for去掉，更确切的是把for too much time 都去掉变为After being exposed to sunlight, your skin will be done great harm.这句话就没问题了？

很简单being是现在进行时，二句子的时态按照主将从现原则应该用一般现在时表将来。
只有A是一般现在时，相当于If you are exposed...若after为介词，后接动名词的被动式being done；after表在。。。之后，being done表被动， 这样理解哪里出错了？after表示。。。后，做时间状语，一般用在过去式。
比如：
He went to Pa...
