I ordered xxxxx through your website on xxxx(时间). I am wondering if my order has gone through and if you have received my payment.
When I was checking out, after have paid with my visa, the browser froze up and I have to quit without be able to fully finish the process.Few days ago I received my bank statement with the transaction completed on my account, but on the website there is nothing under my orders.
If the transaction indeed did go through and you have received my payment, could you update my order and ensure the delivery?
