不光是providing 和to train 不平行的问题,主要问题是where引导的定语从句没有主语!所以这句话最好不要用定语从句.The school is a place not only providing textbook knowledge but also traing them how to builid self-confidence and self-esteem,both of which are good qualities of valuable members.用现在分词做修饰成分,既简洁又正式,而且前后平行.
