实际语序为 Now I realize __that true love is acceptance of all that is in marriages__(宾语从句).

先不看that is，则true love is acceptance of all就好理解了：真爱是对所有的接受；再加上that is，其中that和 Now I realize that 中的that均是对true love is acceptance of all的指代。是这样。

在这个句子中，true love is acceptance of all 是主语，而that 应是与前面的 that in marriages中的that 是一样的指代true love
