‘在学习英语的过程中遇到问题,向专家请教’的英语作文

Dear Expert;
I have some trouble when I study. I am always confused when I learn some English idioms like take up,take off, take down and so on.I don't know how to use them. I don't know where I should put them. I have some problems in English prepositions like on,at,in and so on and so forth. I think it is very difficult for me to use them.
So please take some time helping and giving me some advice on how to overcome them.
