Payment for the product shall be made in USD by telegraphic transfer in immediately available funds as per letter of credit terms,without any deduction,offset or counter-claim,at the counters of seller’s designated bank,as stated in seller’s invoice,60 calendar days after B/L(B/L date to count as zero) against presentation for the documents as required in the letter of credit.
