电梯系统结构原理如图2—1所示.电力拖动部分主要由变频器、电机、减速机及旋转编码器等装置组成.变频器接收来自机房控制器的控制信号,和旋转编码器的脉冲反馈信号一起构成变压变频速度位置闭环控制,驱动电机牵引电梯轿厢平滑准确地运行和停靠.信号控制部分主要有3种控制器:机房控制器,层站控制器,轿厢控制器,从系统结构原理图可看出各控制器不分主从,以相同的方式与总线连接,均为挂在总线上的节点.各节点都可实时向总线发送信号,并接收总线上的信号.从而实现呼梯和显示信号的串行通信.
3节点控制器设计?
基于CAN总线多主结构,3种控制器作为总线上的控制节点,其传送和接收信号的方式类似,故选用相同的单片机和总线收发器,根据控制信号的多少和种类不同相应地增减接口电路,构成结构类似的控制器.下面以轿厢控制器为例介绍节点控制器的硬件设计,电路原理图如图3—1所示.
总线控制器和收发器分别采用Philips公司的P8XC592和PCA82C250.P8XC592是用COMS工艺制造的具有CAN功能的8位单片机,其指令集与80C51完全兼容.PCA82C250是CAN控制器与物理总线的接口,可以提供对总线的差动发送和接收功能,能以1Mbps的速率工作于恶劣的电气环境下.按CAN总线物理层协议,采用双绞线布线.P8XC592与PCA82C250,以及PCA82C250与总线的联接都通过两个串行口互联.P8XC592的P1?6/CTX0为CAN发送器输出端0,CRX0和CRX1为CAN总线至控制器差分输入比较器的输入端,分别与PCA82C250的TXD(发送数据输入端),RXD(接收数据输出端),Vref(基准电压输出端)相连.P8XC592的P0口经锁存器74LS373接两片8255扩展口,8255(1)的PA,PB,PC共24个端口分别接收轿厢24个内选信号,按下任意一个按钮,通过或非门产生负脉冲经P8XC592的INT0口形成外部中断,之后P8XC592调用中断服务程序依次读入24个端口的信号.当电梯层站数多于24个时,只需增加两片8255即可使控制层站数达到48个.P8XC592通过串口P1.6/CTX0将信号传到PCA82C250的TXD端;P2?P2?7口输出方向信号,用于点亮上下方向指示灯;P2.P2.5接两片译码驱动器MC14495与七段码显示器相连,用以显示层楼数.8255(2)的PA、PB、PC共24个端口分别输出登记记忆信号,用于点亮相应内选记忆指示灯.机房控制器定时发送方向和层站信号,而登记记忆信号则是机房控制器收到呼梯信号后,立即向总线发送.
