这两个词组有差别的
prefer doing to doing和……相比更喜欢
prefer to do rather than do 宁愿做……也不做……
按语法来说 b.c都是没有问题的
但是翻译过来来看,选c更符合实际一些
据报道,现在越来越多的人宁愿假期出去旅游,也不愿呆在家里
