Classes often take short trips to see new things and learn about them. They often visit museums ,farms ,or famous sights.Some classes in California take a more unusual trip a boat ride to look at whales !
Every winter , hundreds of whales swim by California.There is a boat that takes the pupils far out on the sea.There they can watch the huge whales.The whales dive ,jump out of the water,and even "dance"on their tails.
The children enjoy the trip ,even when a whale splashes near the boat and they get drenched.
