【摘要】2005年国际上多个研究小组相继报道MPD患者JAK2基因12号外显子存在一种高频点突--JAK2V617F JAK2基因,JAK2V617F点突变的发现对于MPD的分子发病机制是一个重大的突破,多项研究表明JAK2V617F对于MPD的分类、诊断和治疗很有帮助.本文现对JAK2基因V617F点突变研究现状作一简要介绍.
