这里选others的原因是将“one city”（任意一个城市与）与“others”（泛指其他城市）作为比较的两个对象!选another的话意思中就含有某个特定城市的意思了!

another 表示三者以上的，
ohthers 表示没有范围，除了一部分，另外的怎么样的。明白吗？
