some people might try to say that different hormone levels throughout the day will affect your workout,but as long as you have the drive to get started,your body will adapt to whatever you put it through.you might find it harder to workout for the first few days,or you might have some GI issues for the first week or so as your body gets used to the new schedule,but after that its shouldnt make any difference at all.
i workout at a different time every day,and my body never complains.
-the workouts on endorfinjunky were all done at completely random times of the day,sometimes 6am,sometimes 11pm,sometimes 1am,the human body is incredible!
