any of the reponsibilities 中的any是代词,意思是“任何一项”
any reponsiblities中的any表示“一些”
二者明显不同

应该是without having（without是介词，后面不能接动词，但可以用动名词）
of the 应该去掉。不去掉的话就成了：上面提到的那些责任中任何一种。（这里作者想表的的应该不是这种意思，而应该是：而不需承担任何责任）
