Do you have a cold In fact everyone will have a cold.If you have a cold,what you should do These are my advice.
First,you shuould have a rest in bed.And do nothing.If you want to play football、to play basketball 、and to play baseball.You have to tell yourself"You mustn't do these!"
Second ,you should eat well.Eat more vegetables,it can help you a lot.
Last,if you feel better ,you can take a walk .Go to the park take some exercises.

除了楼上说的,还有错误,
1.you should eat well.Eat more vegetables,it can help you a lot. 中的it应该改为which 有逗号了必须用这个这是非限定性定语从句.
2.Go to the park take some exercises.有误
在take前加and两个动词不能连用啊!
3.Do you have a cold ?In fact everyone will have a cold. 这第一句的时态不对!
你要表达的是“你曾感冒过吗?事实上每个人都感冒过”所以应该用完成时比较好啊!
Have you ever had a cold?In fact,everyone has had a cold.
其他的就是楼上所有人说的错误了!
