I want to say breakfast is important.These days because people are getting busy,many people skip breakfast.Some people skip breakfast because they get up late.But many experts think eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day.After one night,your stomach will be very empty,so early morning is the best time to eat.And if you skip breakfast,you will be hungry during the day,so you will not be able to do good in study or in work.Breakfast is more important than lunch and dinner because breakfast provides much important nutrition to people for the day.Therefore,we shall not skip breakfast.We shall always get up early so we will have enough time to eat a well prepared breakfast.
